We asked why you love City Java & News, and you sure told us

About a week back we offered up a $9 gift card to our Facebook fans to commemorate what felt like the 100th straight day of 90 degree temperatures. In order to win you had to post on our wall why you love City Java & News.

The responses were fast and furious, and we wanted to share a few with you:

“Because it is the only place in Beaufort that takes coffee as seriously as I do.” – Josefina Blanc

“Because they always make me feel like I am getting my coffee at home.” – Ken Page

“Why I love City Java? Because when I ordered a frozen coffee, I noticed my ice cubes were made from coffee. PURE GENIUS!” – Hollie Wargo

Our winning post came from Emmie Hamm Dilsaver who said:

I love City Java because it satisfies all of my senses:
SMELL: Great aromas from the coffees and yummies!
TOUCH: Always feels great in City Java no matter what time of the year – a hot coffee in the winter and an iced drink in the summer & always climate controlled to perfection!
HEAR: I love the sounds of the coffee machines and the happy people exchanging hellos – and the hiss of the whipped cream going on top of my iced carmello machiatto….
SIGHT: There are always neat new things in there to see – decorated sweets, new products the specials!
TASTE: I love the taste of the food, sweets and especially my iced carmello machiatto that are slight addicting!

If you’re not yet a fan of our http://www.facebook.com/CityJava, because we’ll be running more promos like this in the future. And thank you to all who love City Java!
